1. Digital Products & Services

All our offerings — including but not limited to custom website designs, UI/UX projects, Google Apps Script web apps, and digital downloads — are digital and intangible goods.

Therefore, we do not offer returns once a product or service is delivered.


💼 2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Service not delivered: If you paid and no work has started within 10 business days.

  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally made a double payment.

  • Major functionality issue: If the delivered web app or product does not meet the agreed scope and cannot be fixed.

🔄 3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in these cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incomplete information provided by the client.

  • Work partially completed but client chooses to cancel.

  • Client fails to respond after project initiation.
